Workers Compensation Consultants is your members FIRST RESOURCE for correcting problems with Workers Comp Payroll Audits, Workers Comp Classification Codes, Experience Modification Factors and Workers Comp Audit Disputes.

Our service is available to all associations, sponsor groups and independent group members. Workers Compensation Consultants will work directly with any association member or through your association or other sponsor group to provide our service.

We do not sell insurance. We act only on the business owners behalf to review workers compensation audits, e-mods and premium calculations. Regardless of your business type, retail, wholesale, service, installation or manufacturing, we are able to help. Errors in workers compensation audits, e-mods and premium calculations occur in the most simple to the most sophisticated workers compensation programs. We find, correct these errors and recover significant refunds for business owners in one-third to one-half of the programs we review.

We will pay your association or sponsor group a new client referral fee. An association or sponsor group can qualify for our new client referral fee simply by providing a direct link to our website for access by its members. There is absolutley no risk for your members or your association. We do not collect or sell any information about our clients, associations or sponsor groups. We are compensated on a contingency fee basis ONLY when we discover and secure refunds or credits on a clients workers compensation program. There are no hidden fees or expenses charged to our client. There is only the opportunity for your members to secure refunds due to overcharges by their insurance company.

Referrals are a very important part of our business and we believe it is important to compensate those who believe in what we do and who help our business grow. If we successfully secure refunds for a referral we've received through your web site we will pay your association or sponsor group a new client referral fee equal to 10% of the fee we earn.
